Overview Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier for our Downtown Boston store located at 61 Bromfield St, Boston MA 02108. As a Bike Courier, you are our boots on the ground and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. Responsibilities Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, in-person or by phone Use Insomnia’s delivery app in accordance with company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers Qualifications Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted) Must have a smartphone with data plan Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older Perks and Benefits Pay rate: $18.00/hr plus mileage and tips Pay-on-Demand (get paid daily for your total shift earnings from the day before) Small but busy delivery zone Paid vacation and sick time off Flexible part-time schedules Pet insurance Job stability with a growing company Promotional opportunities Free cookies with every shift About Us Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room and has grown to over 300 stores globally, known for its warm, late-night delivery and a culture around “Imagining What’s Possible.” #J-18808-Ljbffr
