Offering a flexible work-from-home opportunity, the part-time Telecare Registered Nurse Triage will manage high-volume after-hours patient care concerns, utilizing evidence-based practice standards to provide triage, assessments, and care coordination for both Orlando Health and non-Orlando Health patients. Key responsibilities Conduct after-hours patient triaging and manage communication via phone, text, video, and electronic messages Assess patient conditions, directing them to appropriate care settings as needed, and develop care plans based on protocols Document patient interactions accurately and provide follow-up outreach for symptom management and care coordination Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required Three years of clinical experience in a specialty area or five years of clinical experience covering multiple specialties Current RN license in the State of Florida, with a Multistate Nursing License to be obtained within 90 days of hire Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) completion required within 36 months of hire Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory
