Job Details Part time hours, full-time pay! While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we're having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to talk with customers about their window and door problems. Our goal is to schedule appointments the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude. Culture We strive to do business "With Love." Compensation We offer an hourly base plus UNCAPPED WEEKLY BONUSES. Our average representatives earn $25-$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the most lucrative hours on the weekends. Since you will be traveling to various locations with set up materials, reliable transportation is required. We provide mileage reimbursement. Safety We share a community culture where we care for each other and keep each other safe. This position requires maintaining social distancing, wearing a mask, and doing a personal health checks before coming to work each day. We provide everything you'll need to stay safe. We provide paid professional training, paid vacation, education reimbursement and advancement opportunities. Compensation includes: - $15/ hour plus a lucrative commission structure. On average, promoters earn anywhere from $20-$30/hr - Multiple bonus opportunities! -Paid training Requirements: - Dependable & reliable - Weekend Availability (both Saturday & Sunday) - Part-time, flexible hours (4-5 hr/shift) - Reliable form of transportation (mileage is reimbursed!) - Proficient using a smart phone & computer - You will be executing setup & break down of events - Maintain high energy and positive attitude! No experience required, however, customer service, sales or marketing experience would be preferred. All you really need is a desire to learn, grow and make connections with people.
