You'll combine technical proficiency with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our infrastructure.What you’ll do:Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure 24x7 uptime on the NonStop systems including client related connectivityLead Guardian OS , Network, and other major software release planning and implementationAssess and implement platform security solutions and configurationsApply technical expertise to support the deployment of technology architecture and the total system solutionsIdentify system performance bottlenecks and recommending performance improvement solutionsPerform analyses (e.g., performs technical research in order to assess system performance and capacity)Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for the entire infrastructurePerform daily continuous improvements on all NonStop servers, including off-platform servers, such as Splunk, Prognosis, Moogsoft, ServicePoint, SharePoint and BackPak servers, their databases, user and data security, etc.Experience you’ll need to have:6+ years of experience with of Guardian OS, NonStop SQL, and NonStop hardware platforms5+ years of experience in configuring systems within the NonStop platform from end-to-end5+ years of experience working with SQL, Guardian/OSS, NonStop Web Services (SOAP), and XML or JSONBachelor's degree in IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, or work experienceExperience that would be great to have:Experience working with Nonstop SecurityExperience with encryption and key managementExperience with NS7X technology (X-Series)Experience in a large scale enterprise level environmentHow you’ll work:This role requires use of a computer and audio equipmentThis role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis#TandemNonStop #HPNonStop #GuardianOS #LI-CD1This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
