About the Role:

Rise Construction LLC is looking for a talented and driven Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled trade work across construction projects according to plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain trade-specific tools, equipment, and machinery
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other tradespeople on-site
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
• Complete tasks on schedule while upholding high workmanship standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a skilled trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, or related field)
• Relevant trade certifications, licenses, or apprenticeship completion preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
