Virtual Assistant Role

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a commercial profile for an outbound team within the appraisal management/real estate/mortgage sector in the United States. The focus of the role is to contact brokers and lenders nationwide, generate relationships, and open business opportunities.

If you have experience in cold calling within the real estate or mortgage sector, speak English with a neutral accent, and enjoy commercial work from the first contact, this role is for you.

What will you do?

• Make outbound calls to brokers and lenders nationwide in the U.S.
• Present the services of the area and generate genuine commercial interest.
• Build and maintain an organized contact database.
• Record the progress of the pipeline in Google Sheets or CRM.
• Send periodic reports to the internal team.
• Coordinate follow-ups and next steps with the team.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in real estate or mortgage (essential).
• Proven track record in cold calling and B2B commercial outreach.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, with neutral accent English and solid verbal communication (essential).
• Handling of Google Sheets and/or CRM (desirable).
• Experience in cold calling (essential).
• Independent, organized, and proactive profile.

Adds points if you have...

• Direct experience working with brokers, lenders, or companies in the mortgage/real estate sector.
• Familiarity with commercial prospecting processes.
• Ability to manage your own workflow without constant supervision.

• 100% remote, preferably from Latin America
• Languages: fluent English and Spanish
